Trinityoriginal.si (hereinafter referred to as the "online store") is a website owned and operated by Andrej Trobec (hereinafter referred to as the "provider").

Upon logging in to the online store system, the visitor (hereinafter "user") obtains a username and password, with which each time he visits the online store to access his account or acquires the right to purchase. The username and password of the user unambiguously identifies and associates with all data. The General Terms and Conditions are dealed with the operation of the online store, user rights and business relationship with the owner of the online store and the consumer.


By using this website, users agree to the general terms and conditions. The user is obliged to enter only accurate, true and up-to-date information. Inaccurate and untrue information will be treated as misuse and handed over to the appropriate legal department. The data obtained through online forms and when ordering will be used for the purposes of the provider's business.


The online catalog contains the current offer from our sales program with all the necessary information.

All photos of the items are symbolic and do not guarantee the properties of the product.

Prices in the price list are in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid on the day of ordering the goods.


The provider reserves the right that the user can be called on his telephone number if it is necessary to fulfill the order or solve problems with the user.

The provider reserves the right to inform users by e-mail about news regarding the offer or operation of the online store, but only if the user does not explicitly object.

The user can log out or unsubscribe at any time from receiving e-notifications on the website (after logging in to the system), in the section Account> e-news.


The user orders the desired goods electronically through the online catalog or order it via e-mail: info@trinityoriginal.si, or by phone based on the price list. Data on the concluded contract or on the placed order will be stored at the bidder. The contract may be concluded in the Slovenian language. You can conclude a contract or order by phone, e-mail or online store. Corrections or additions to the order can be notified to us by phone (during business hours) or sent by e-mail, within two hours of placing the order.


Before ordering, the visitor of the online store must register as a user.

Upon registration, the user can start the order process.

When the user finds the item he wants to order in the online store catalog, he inserts it into the cart by clicking on the "in cart" button

Steps to buying a shopping cart:

  • In the shopping cart, the user selects the quantity of items he wants to order and confirms them by clicking on the "checkout" button.
  • The user then selects the payer's address
  • The user selects the address and delivery method
  • The user selects the payment method for the selected goods
  • The user confirms that he agrees with the terms, otherwise the order cannot be completed
  • One last time before submitting an order review and confirm it by clicking the "Confirm Order" button.

After the last step, the order is completed and placed. After placing the order, the user receives an email confirming the order information.

Order confirmed - contract concluded

Within 48 hours at the latest, the provider reviewed the order, checked availability and confirmed the order or completion. In the event that the price changes during the processing of the order, the provider undertakes to try to offer the user a lower price or offer an appropriate solution that would be mutually satisfactory. The contract with the provider and the user is irrevocably concluded in the case of confirmation of the order with the message "Order confirmed", and in the case of completion of the order the contract is not concluded.


The user can view the status of their placed orders at any time after logging in to the online store in the section Invoice> Order History.

The user can cancel the order within two hours after placing the order by e-mail or phone.


Up-to-date information on the delivery of goods can be found on the website in the section Information> Delivery information.

The bidder packs the goods within the promised deadline and sends them with the attached original invoice, any information and warranty card.

The goods ordered from the customer are delivered to the providers of selected delivery services.


All delivery costs and packaging costs are already charged in the purchase process and are displayed in the order form / invoice.

It is also possible to pick up in person at the provider's shop, in which case the distribution costs are eliminated.

The buyer has the right to notify the seller within 15 days of receipt of the goods that he withdraws from the contract or order, without having to state the reason for his decision. The user can inform the provider about the purpose of returning the goods via the online form (this can be found in Customer Care> Returns), via e-mail or by phone. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. The buyer must return the goods to the seller no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The buyer who withdraws from the contract or order must return the goods undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity and send it to the seller. It is not possible to return already used items! We do not accept redemption shipments!


If the buyer has withdrawn from the order or contract in accordance with the conditions for withdrawal, the seller is obliged to return the paid purchase price to the buyer's bank account.


Andrej Trobec issues an invoice for the ordered goods, and in addition to the attached invoice, he delivers other necessary documentation to the buyer upon delivery of the goods. Ordered goods that are in stock are paid by the buyer upon delivery (after collection). The ordered goods are the property of the provider until the payment of the full purchase price.


The online store provides the following payment methods:

  • With cash on delivery
  • Payment to the current account of the online store (payment by proforma invoice)
  • Payment via Paypal (payment with Paypal will be available shortly)


Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

Prices are valid in case of payment with the above methods of payment.

Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, while the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.

The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic message about the status Order confirmed). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.


The content published on the trinityoriginal.si website is the property of the provider and suppliers and may only be used for non-commercial purposes, where all the stated copyright notices must be preserved and therefore may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise distributed. The provider will strive to keep the online content accurate and up-to-date and is not responsible for occasional non-functioning of the site, possible inaccuracy of information and also for any damage caused by the use of inaccurate or incomplete information. Neither the provider nor any other legal or natural person who participated in the creation and production of these websites is therefore liable for any damages arising from access to, use or inability to use the information on these websites or for any errors or deficiencies in their content. The provider also reserves the right to change the content without prior notice.


For other conditions that are not listed in the general terms and conditions, the provisions of the applicable relevant legislation apply.
